These draft terms explain how Spinup can currently be used while we are in public beta. This is intentionally high level and will be expanded as the platform and legal language mature.
1. Service scope (beta)
Spinup currently helps teams provision managed VPS infrastructure and run AI assistants with channel integrations. Core flows today include server creation, bootstrap lifecycle tracking, bridge connectivity, and account/workspace management.
2. Account and organization responsibility
You are responsible for credentials, user access in your organization, and content/actions initiated through your account. You must keep integrations and secrets accurate and lawful.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Spinup for abuse, unauthorized access attempts, illegal content, or activity that disrupts platform availability or harms others.
4. Pricing, billing, and changes
Pricing and plan details are shown in-product and may evolve during beta. We may update features, limits, and operating policies as we improve reliability and security.
5. Availability and warranties
Spinup is provided on an as-is basis during beta. Uptime, feature coverage, and third-party dependencies are still being hardened. We will continue publishing improvements as they ship.
