What you can expect from Spinup and what we expect from you, from early access through general availability.
Agreement
These terms apply to your use of Spinup's website, documentation, access requests, product, and APIs.
Spinup is offered for business and professional use. The Service is not intended for personal or household purposes, and individuals should not use it as consumers.
By using Spinup, you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization.
Accounts and security
Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for all activity under your account, workspace, and API keys.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
Early access
Spinup is an evolving product. Features, limits, and availability may change as we develop the runtime.
Some features may be invite-only or still in development. Your access covers functionality available to you today, not capabilities described in roadmaps or previews.
Acceptable use
You may not use Spinup to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- distribute malware, run abusive automation, send spam, mine cryptocurrency, or interfere with service performance;
- bypass access controls, extract secrets, probe infrastructure without authorization, or access other users' data;
- upload code, data, or credentials you do not have the right to use; or
- run life-critical or safety-critical workloads where failure could cause injury or major damage.
Your content
You own your code, files, prompts, configurations, and outputs. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service.
You are responsible for the legality and permissions of your content and workloads. Keep your own backups of anything important to you.
Support and fees
Support is available at [email protected]. We do not guarantee response times or uptime unless agreed separately in writing.
We may introduce paid plans or usage-based billing in the future. You will always see pricing before any paid commitment takes effect.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for security, legal, or operational reasons. Where practical, we will give advance notice of significant changes.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Spinup at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, pose a risk to the service or other users, or if required by law.
After termination, residual data may remain in logs and backups for a limited period as described in our privacy policy.
Disclaimers and liability
Spinup is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spinup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of EUR 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Courts in Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
